I had tears in my eyes as I read this. I loved the way you formed plan b and went ahead, challenging yourself.

I have had several members of my moms family die of Alzheimers, so I know it is a really worthy cause.

I have had to execute plan b the last few years because of a health problem. It is not easy, but it is doable. It takes endurance and courage.

I like your spirit and your thoughts on building courage.
