I read all of the stories that Dr. Lisa posts and I am always moved. I tried to post on Anya's story and I deleted it into that vast pool of never, never land of emails and posts that exists somewhere.
It seems hard to believe Dr. Lise is talking about me. I would just like to say, thank you to all my friends who have supported me through this last year+. That includes your family.. Lisa. I am also grateful your husband came in for a haircut. My life is richer knowing you and your family. The stories you post help me not to feel alone raising up children in a scary world, but teaching them prudence,safety compassion and courage. Not easy, but possible. So I keep reading lionwhiskers to let me know I am on the right track to hang in there, hold on, never quit and never settle. Go for the goal! Be an example, use words when necessary.
